Cotswold Blue Veined Brie Cheese

An organic soft mould-ripened cheese with a blue vein running through the centre, this cheese combines the creaminess of a soft cheese and the piquancy of a blue. Fantastic on crusty bread and served with pear or grapes, but also useful in cooking for melting on field mushrooms, steaks or using in salads.
