The Raguso family, farmers for generations, sow and cultivate wheat on their land in Puglia and Basilicata, two areas particularly suited for the best Italian wheat.
Flour is milled using artisan methods with times and temperatures that respect the nature of the raw material. The pasta is dried slowly in a natural way so as to protect its organoleptic properties. The result is excellent pasta that tastes like high quality wheat and has a firm texture when cooked. Perfect for busy restaurant kitchens & the demanding home cook.
The modern, organized farm has production cycles with low environmental impact using the principle of a short supply chain and “zero km”. The production waste of wheat is reused as feed (zero pesticides), packaging is produced from recyclable paper (FSC certified).
